Simón Landscape completely transformed our property by bringing to life a new landscape design and installing a state of the art irrigation system. “This memorandum is to acknowledge and thank Luis Simon and his team of professionals for completely overhauling the landscaping and re-sodding of our lot. The task involved prepping the surface for sod, pruning all bushes and trees, relocating an active water fountain, relocating five wooden boxes containing knockout rose bushes, relocating two crepe myrtle trees, reconfiguring and improving the entire sprinkler system, redefining the sod/garden interface and planting the yard in centipede sod.

Simon Landscape did a terrific total makeover of my yard this spring and not only did I like the results but I also liked the process.
When I called Luis Simon and Melissa Owens in late March of 2017 it was because I was totally dissatisfied with how my yard had gradually disappeared over the course of 13 year. Luis and Melissa came to my home and I walked Luis around and showed him some of the areas that I wanted to address. Luis then shared with me some of his own observations and further told me how he could envision the makeover. Then Luis asked me what I think was the pivotal question in the whole process - do you have a budget. I thought about it, gave him a number and he simply said 'great I think I can do something you will really like'. What quickly followed was a proposal which we discussed and I accepted. Next I made a 50% deposit and Melissa began to order the materials and organize the work schedule. Along the way we made a couple of changes - both very important - because Luis was not happy with the vendors for the two main items (a) the sod and (b) the palm trees. Both changes were for the better. We found the Simon Landscape crews to be both hard working and very courteous. Finally I did exceed the original budget because I was so happy with the progression of the work that we added on. Great People! Great Work!
